Hello and welcome! 😊❤️
There’s now only one week until the ‘Perfect Picnic’ blanket crochet-along with Scheepjes and myself starts… it’s feeling very exciting! 😄
And today the ‘Tips and Tricks’ to help people get ready have been released over on the Scheepjes website…
English: https://www.scheepjes.com/en/cals-and-mals/scheepjes-cals/perfect-picnic-cal/tips-and-tricks/
Dutch: https://www.scheepjes.com/nl/cals-en-mals/scheepjes-cals/perfect-picnic-cal/tips-en-tricks/
To coincide with this, I’ve recorded a little welcome video which you can watch below… enjoy!
All the elements came together yesterday evening to be able to record the video on the beach which is always nice to do. ☺️
And I also did a video in Dutch… 🧡 I’m half Dutch and can speak the language (although not perfectly 😅) so when the opportunity came along for me to do the Dutch video tutorials for the CAL, I just had to say yes!
I’m soooo looking forward to this crochet-along!
I’ll be in Greece next week visiting our middle son who works out there for a flotilla sailing holiday company. But I’ll be there behind the scenes when the CAL starts and I’ll be sure to share some photos too… I may even enjoy a Greek picnic!
My hooks and yarns are already packed…😃
Happy crocheting Everyone! 💙😊
I am 💯 percent Dutch, living in Perth WA, very much looking forward to this CAL, even though I have to make it next year as I have too many commitments at the moment. Thank you Eleonora 🧡
You’re very welcome! It will all be here waiting for you when you’re ready! 🥰 🧶
