What a wonderful start it has been to this blanket crochet along and it’s been simply joyous for me to see so many of you sharing your progress photos over on Instagram and in the Facebook Groups! 😍
Here are some round ups I’ve done…

And as promised last week, I recorded a video ‘postcard’ from me to you from a sunny Brighton Beach… enjoy! ☀️💙
This week we’re crocheting another couple of postcards and then some ‘vintage heart’ squares.

I love that we can personalise these postcards. I’ve kept mine simple this week with some surface crochet seagulls but of course you can add whatever you like!

And the Vintage Heart Square reminds us of vintage postcards with nostalgic scenes and old photos from a different time.
I designed this square to encompass that vintage feeling with a heart to remind us that we’re sending our postcards with love!

And we also start to join our squares and rectangles. So by the end of the week a mini blanket will already be complete… yay! 😁

We’ve enjoyed some sunny skies this week on the south east coast… just look at how blue this sky is! 💙☀️☀️

At the weekend I really enjoyed visiting a dear friend and admiring her beautiful garden… 🌸

And I hosted a ‘Tunisian Crochet’ workshop at YAK in Brighton…I even treated myself to some alpaca yarn. A project in mind but not sure when I’ll be able to start!! I have a few too many things on my hooks already… 😁

And Salty had a much needed haircut and groom… she’s feeling fresh for summer now!

I hope you all have time for creating this week, enjoy some simple things and maybe even send a postcard to someone too…💙

Happy Crocheting! 🥰☀️💙
Such beautiful photographs Eleonora. It’s lovely to see everyone’s progress on the blanket!
Awww… thanks Amanda! 🥰💙
I love your blog. And the bright colours make me feel alive although the winter is here in South Africa. We are not really used to very cold winters and therefor I love to crochet a lot during winter. Thanks for your special projects! I love them.
I see that you are also a nature lover and I can identify with you. We stay in a lovely country side town in the mountains where nearly everything grows if you put it in the ground. Orchids grow against the bigger trees and their flowers are so lovely. Still we go on vacation to be near the seaside.
Hope you are always inspired, so that I can only use your beautiful patterns to enjoy. Have a lovely spring.
I’m loving this CAL and learning some new stitches, too! Can’t wait to start on these lovely pieces 😍
Thank you! 💙🥰
I’m loving this CAL already! Such gorgeous colours again and a wonderful design Eleanora.

Awww… thanks Jacqui…. I’m so happy you enjoyed it! 🥰💙💙
