Welcome to Day 6 of our Mushroom Walk scarf crochet-along! 😃🍄
Today, as we head further into the forest and enjoy our search for mushrooms, we may be tempted to veer from the path. Tread carefully off the beaten track…We don’t want to damage any of the mushrooms we’re trying to see or trip over on the way! 😄
Our crochet stitches in this part are lacy and wavy and resemble the footpaths that are not always solid or straight!
But if we do carefully veer off the beaten track we might be rewarded with some beautiful views and beautiful mushrooms!
Yesterday we went on a little walk in our local park. I turned it into a mushroom walk (of course😆) and we had to veer off the main paths to find any! We only found the one… but it was beautiful and worth treading carefully to see it…
We did see some beautiful autumn colours… just look at this leaf!!
And we were treated to a beautiful blue sky…
Yesterday’s round-up was wonderful once again… I pop into the Facebook Group and Instagram regularly throughout the day and it always makes me smile!
Just look at them all…
Now that we’re at the half-way mark our scarves are becoming filled with more and more colour! I love seeing them all.

Tread carefully off the beaten track…
We don’t want to damage any of the mushrooms we’re trying to see or trip over on the way… watch your step if you veer off the beaten track!

Row 128 (WS) Keep WS facing and go back to beginning of Row 127, join Yarn F into 3rd ch of first 4 ch made in Row 127, 3ch (counts as first tr), 1tr in first ch-sp, (1ch, miss next st, 1tr in next ch-sp) until final ch-sp, 1tr in final st, re-join with Yarn E at final yoh of last st, do not fasten off Yarn F but continue with Yarn E in Row 129, turn. [26 sts and 23 ch-sps]
Row 129 (RS) 3ch (counts as first tr), 1tr in each st and ch-sp across to end, fasten off but do not cut Yarn E. Fasten off by bringing ball of yarn through final loop and leave it attached ready to be re-joined. [49 sts]
