Spring is coming…

Hello! How are you all?

February has been a pretty grey and soggy month here on the south east coast so far, but despite the rain we’ve still been able to enjoy a few beautiful sea sunsets…

And there are definitely signs that spring is on the way…

At this time of year I’m always reminded of this photo which I took on 1st March 2019… crocheted daffodils next to the real ones! 😃 How can this be 5 years ago!?

Currently each morning when I wake up I can hear a blackbird singing. It’s such a delightful sound and a particularly beautiful bird song. I tried to capture him on my camera. There he is singing this morning!

I’m also popping in because this week the Knitting Network have an offer on the blanket kits they sell in collaboration with me and I wanted to let you know…

I earn a small amount of commission for each kit sold. I’ve enjoyed working with the Knitting Network for 5 years now and it’s been a really positive working relationship. We have more designs in the pipeline which I’m really excited about!

Having these blanket kits on offer this week has made me look back at some of the photos I took of these three blankets. And what a lovely little look back it was… 😍

These blankets were all made back in 2022 and of course sweet little Salty popped up on the photos which made me smile…

Here’s my Summer Sunrise Blanket…

Heres my Seaside Celebration Blanket…

And here’s my Tiny Treasures Blanket…

It’s not long before I can start sharing some of the new crochet creations that have been on my hooks behind the scenes this winter… I really can’t wait!

And I’ve also just finished translating my Golden Moments Blanket into US terms so watch this space for that pattern release very soon… I know lots of you have been waiting for that one.

In the meantime… Happy Crocheting Everyone… ❤️❤️
