Last week I promised to bring you photos of a calm and glistening sea, should the English weather allow for that! And at the weekend we had a taste of summer once more and the sea was certainly calm and glistening as you can see from the photos below…

Calm…

My crochet hook has not been picked up as much as I would like this week but I have managed to complete a further three samples for submission as part of the International Diploma in Crochet…

I have had to send these off to my newly allocated assessor and mentor in Northern Ireland. Once again, I await in anticipation for the feedback I will receive. The simple yet repetitive nature needed in completing these samples is real hands on learning and I value the learning process a great deal, really concentrating on each and every stitch, and in particular my technique, like never before!
Happy Crocheting everyone!
Wow, there’s an International Diploma for Crochet program? That’s amazing. Best of luck to you and, lovely pictures <3 Calm and glistening is always good 🙂

What neat, straight edges – it is the edges I find challenging
I know! These took longer than a piece of crochet would normally take me. And I made sure I blocked them well!
really neat stitches.. I’m sure you’ve aced it. 😀
Thanks so much! I hope so 😊
