Dates and new things to share… 🤩

Hello and welcome… 🥰

It’s time to share some key dates and events which are happening on my crochet calendar over the coming months, so that you too can all make some plans to crochet-along or maybe I’ll even see some of you out and about! 😃

• 7th May: ‘Dreaming of Summer’ crochet-along starts in issue 189 of Inside Crochet Magazine. I also have a new Daffodil Vest design in there! 🌼
• 13th May: Full reveal of my new ‘Say it with Flowers’ blanket – there’s a sneak peek below! 🌸
• 19th June: ‘Say it with Flowers’ crochet-along starts. 🌺
• 23rd May and 27th June: Tunisian Crochet workshops at the Maker Studio in Eastbourne – these are sold out but there is a waiting list.
• 6th July: Tunisian Crochet Workshop at Made and Making in Hassocks, West Sussex.
• 11th – 12th July: I’ll be at the Carry on Crafting Festival in Ardingly, West Sussex.
• 29th August: I’ll be at the Spinning Yarns Festival in Northern Ireland.
• October 2026: Another exciting crochet-along (more details soon)!

So there’s plenty to get creative with, be inspired by and lots to keep our hooks busy!

☀️ Dreaming of Summer Blanket ☀️

Part 1 of my Dreaming of Summer Blanket crochet-along is out now in issue 189 of Inside Crochet Magazine.

In this first part we’re crocheting some summer blooms and a bright sunshine square!

🌸 Say it with Flowers Blanket 🌸

This is very exciting… There will be a full reveal of my new ‘Say it with Flowers’ blanket designed for yarn company King Cole on 13th May.

This is the 6th annual crochet-along blanket I’ve designed for King Cole and I absolutely love it! This design has taken over my life these last few months and it’s been such a joy to immerse myself in crocheted flowers.

This 6 part crochet along will start on Friday 19th June. For now, here’s a sneak peak… it’s a floral feast for the eyes!

🧶 Tunisian Crochet Workshops 🧶

I’ll be hosting Tunisian Crochet workshops through May, June and July! It’s such a wonderful technique and always a popular workshop…

23rd May and 27th June at the Maker Studio in Eastbourne – these are sold out but there is a waiting list.

6th July at Made and Making in Hassocks, West Sussex with places still available.

☀️ Carry on Crafting Festival ☀️

It’s the fifth annual Carry on Crafting Festival from 11th -12th July and I’ll be there for the weekend camping. It will be lovely to see some of you there. It’s going to be a wonderful weekend!

🧶 Spinning Yarns Festival 🧶

I’ll be back at the Spinning Yarns Festival in Northern Ireland on Saturday 29th August! This is such a lovely event and this year I’ll be hosting workshops which is very exciting… 😃
