I did it! 😄👗 I was still adding the last stitches yesterday…😆👗 But here it is… my daughter Bronwyn ready for her prom this evening wearing a dress I designed and crocheted for her! 🥰👗😍 Crocheting dresses for my daughter is a huge and significant part of my crochet journey. I crocheted a dress for her back in 2014 which kickstarted my whole love affair with crochet and is probably one of the main things that led me to start ‘Coastal Crochet’!! 🥰👗🧶 Now, 8 years later, to crochet her prom dress has been an absolute honour! Thank you Bronwyn for allowing me to try and crochet you this dress… and then for you to actually want to wear it!! You’ve made my day… 🥰🥰👗😘😘😘 I have plenty more photos to share… and I’ll release the pattern at some point too! But for now, I feel happy and relieved that the dress is done and that it was a hit… phew! 😁😆👗🙏🥰😘 I wish them all a fabulous evening… xxx

The sun sets on another wonderful blanket crochet-along! 🥰 🌅 This one’s been very special... a blanket I designed for @kingcoleltd 💙 When I came up with the idea for a postcard theme I wanted it to be all about sending of love through simple gestures such as sending a postcard. I wanted people to think about their own postcard memories and trips they’ve been on… and I’m so happy how that’s been embraced so brilliantly! I’ve seen so many fabulous crocheted postcards! 😍🏖Thank you all… 🥰 As always the pattern remains available indefinitely… so enjoy it in your own time! 🥰❤️❤️❤️
