It’s Granny Square Day! 🙂
An annual event hosted by Simply Crochet Magazine to celebrate the fabulous granny square!
Not only Granny Squares in their humblest and purest form…

But also elaborate, imaginative, textured and fun alternatives…

Simply Crochet Magazine do a Granny Square supplement every August to coincide with the day and this year I have two designs in there…

A sunflower…

And a square of mermaid shells…

They both made the front cover which is always nice… 🙂

And in celebration of a crochet filled day, here I’m sharing four patterns with you all for squares which I have had featured in previous years editions of the Granny Square Supplement…

My Lifebuoy Square featured in 2020…

My Sunset and Picnic Squares featured in 2021…

And my Sleeping Fox Square featured in 2024…

Enjoy them and Happy Crocheting Everyone… I wish you all a wonderful Granny Square Day! 💙
