Sorry to be mentioning the ‘C’ word at this time of year… but crochet is not a fast craft and it’s actually a good time to be starting a blanket that might just be ready in time for Christmas! 😅

Today though I am very excited to introduce a follow on blanket from my ‘Dreaming of Summer’ with Inside Crochet magazine… this is ‘Dreaming of Christmas’!
It’s a perfect sister blanket and has the same number of squares and a gingham border too, but this time the squares are all winter or Christmas themed…
We have snowy mountain scenes, gifts, a bright shining star, snowflakes, holly and pine cones. As well as a Poinsettia, the quintessential Christmas Flower!
This is a blanket I’ve designed exclusively for Inside Crochet Magazine using King Cole Bounty DK. It will be a 3-part crochet along starting in Issue 192 of the magazine on sale 20th August and I’m very excited! 🥰🎄🎄🎄
