‘Autumn Seas’ Wrist Warmers for a Crochet Kit…

A big part of writing my crochet blog and sharing my crochet through Instagram and Facebook is being able to connect with other creative people and discover others who love crochet as much as I do! 🙂 And also being able to connect with fellow designers such as Veronika Cromwell seen here…

Veronika Cromwell from Blue Star Crochet put a call out on Instagram for fellow designers to come up with potential designs for her ‘Autumn Accessories Crochet Kit’ which will feature 3 designs from 3 different designers, including Veronika herself… 😊

The kit will come with 1 gorgeous skein of 100% super wash fine Merino hand dyed yarn from Sheena at The Mermaids Purse Yarn’s

The colours are just sumptuous and perfectly autumnal…

I’ve crocheted with Sheena’s yarn in the past when a photo of mine inspired her to create a colourway which in turn led to my ‘Sea Thrift Shawl’ design! You can read about that here

I’m very happy to have designed these ‘Autumn Seas’ wrist warmers which will be part of Veronika’s exclusive crochet kit…

The other designs are wonderful too. This ‘Fleur Amore’ bandana scarf design by Alison Holloway from Petals Crafts and Me is just amazing…

And here is Veronika’s ‘Fall in Line’ design for a fabulous hat…

Having a kit with a choice of 3 designs is a great idea… there’s something for Everyone (and upgrades available too if you wanted to make all three designs).

Veronika kindly sent my wrist warmers back to me in a little mock up kit… instead of the skein of yarn was my own wrist warmer samples…

Fellow crochet blogger Heather from Keep Calm and Crochet On UK has done a little review of the kit and made my Wrist Warmers – I love Heather’s photo…

Pre-orders for these kits are now open in Veronika’s Etsy Store until 23rd September. She’s kindly offered a discount code for 10% off for my readers and the code she has given me to pass on is ELEONORA10

And talking of autumn… all of a sudden there’s a feeling of autumn in the air and the ending of summer, despite it still being pretty warm and dry. We went blackberry picking at the weekend which was lovely… jam and crumble were made! I’m much better at crochet than cooking but I do like to try sometimes! 😁❤️

Happy Crocheting Everyone… 😊
