International Women’s Day 2021... 💙💙💙 Perfect opportunity for one of my very favourite crochet designs, Marilla the Mermaid, to make an appearance! 🥰🧜🏽‍♀️

That was a particularly beautiful sunset this evening... and it was nearly 6pm before it went under... another reminder that lighter brighter days are on their way! 🥰😍🌅🌅🌅 I did some filming down on the beach during this sunset so my CAL video for Fridays instalment of my Picnic on the Beach blanket will be a sunset one! Lots of editing to do now... I always take far too many photos and videos! 😆🥰🥰 Hope you’re all keeping well...❤️

Drum roll please... 🥁 for Thursday round-up! 🎉😃😄😍💫 This has become a tradition in my annual crochet-alongs. Each week I create two collages - a round-up of 9 photos shared on Instagram using the hashtags #picniconthebeachcal and #picniconthebeachblanket and then a round-up of 9 photos shared in the Facebook group ‘Coastal Crochet’! 😍 It’s always soooo hard to choose the photos... I genuinely love them all! And whilst I can’t comment on every photo shared (I’d never put my phone down if I did!😆), I regularly scroll through the photos so I do see them all! 😍 Thank you so much for sharing your photos... it’s the sharing that adds to the CAL atmosphere... and it’s been a wonderful start to our picnics hasn’t it! 🥰😍💙💙🌊🌊🌊🧺🧶
